Our warehouse is open 7 days a week. All orders that are packed on the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.
Royal Mail
Royal Mail tracking: Delays are currently affecting Royal Mail’s online tracking system, but please note that this is only affecting the online tracking page and is not affecting the collection or delivery of orders. Since the Royal Mail phone app does not appear to be affected by this problem, we advise downloading it.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is applied on all orders £30 and over (Based on sub-total after applying discount codes).
For deliveries that are free, we use “Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked Shipping”, which means:
- – Delivery will take 1-3 working days
- – Order can be tracked to delivery point
- – Deliveries are made weekdays and Saturday
- – Same day dispatch Monday to Friday for orders placed before 3:30pm. (Excluding Bank Holidays)

International Delivery
Delivery to Europe and the rest of the world takes approximately 7 to 14 business days. This is a tracked service, and delivery requires a signature.
Please be aware that all international parcels may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage or customs fees upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional Information
We disclaim any responsibility for goods that are seized or extra customs charges. Any items that have left the UK postal system are your responsibility.
Costs for handling, packing, and postage are included in shipping fees. An average of the shipping costs is used to determine the final price. We suggest that you arrange your items in groups of one. Two distinct orders placed separately cannot be combined, therefore each will be charged shipping.
E-liquids: In the unlikely event that there is a leak, kindly notify us within 3 working days so that we can address any problems right away. Due to the possibility of contamination, we advise against using your liquid vessel if it has been breached.
