This blog aims to highlight the differences between vaping e-cigarettes and smoking traditional cigarettes. I will attempt to be objective throughout, although this may not be possible once the discussion leads to the benefits and harms of both smoking and vaping!

You can vape pretty much anywhere that you want to, provided that it is legal to do so. This is great for when you are at home and do not want to go outside to have a smoke.

9. The Performance

Smoking cigarettes can affect your physical performance, especially if you are a smoker. Cigarette smoke contains carbon monoxide, which can reduce the amount of oxygen that your blood can carry. This can lead to a decrease in physical performance. In contrast, vaping does not affect your physical performance.

10. The social aspect

Smoking cigarettes can be quite a social activity. However, not everyone enjoys smoking cigarettes. This can be a bit of a problem if you are trying to enjoy a night out with your friends who do not smoke. With vaping, there is no need to worry about this issue. Vaping is becoming increasingly popular and accepted in society.
